1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bet6 platform (available at bet6.asia and through the bet6 mobile application), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the bet6 platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the bet6 service. If you are accessing bet6 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

bet6 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the bet6 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine law for casino-style online gaming. bet6 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request government-issued identification to verify your age during the KYC process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) bet6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a bet6 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 KYC Verification

bet6 is required by Philippine law to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID) before your first withdrawal can be processed. bet6 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet6 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. bet6 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bet6 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods approved for use in the Philippines:

• GCash (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant deposit and withdrawal)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (where supported)

bet6 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not available on the bet6 platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your bet6 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). bet6 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified bet6 account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. bet6 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: 5–15 minutes under normal conditions
• Bank transfer: 30 minutes to 2 business hours

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bet6 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bet6 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bet6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• bet6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bet6 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.1 RNG and Fairness

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on bet6 use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in regulated studios using physical equipment. bet6 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, bet6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. bet6 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. bet6 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet6 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the bet6 platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bet6 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Accessing the bet6 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet6 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bet6 platform or its software.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bet6 platform — including but not limited to the bet6 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bet6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bet6 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bet6 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bet6 content.
• Use any bet6 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bet6 platform.

Any unauthorized use of bet6 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet6, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bet6 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the bet6 service.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the bet6 platform.
• Losses arising from events beyond bet6's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

The bet6 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bet6's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your bet6 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by bet6

bet6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bet6 reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Provided false or fraudulent information at any point.
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engaged in activity that bet6 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, bet6 may withhold account balances pending investigation and may report the matter to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including the AMLC.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bet6 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or wager, you must submit a formal complaint to bet6 customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. bet6 will investigate and respond within fourteen (14) business days. The decision of bet6 on game outcome disputes shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bet6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bet6 will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at bet6.asia/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bet6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the bet6 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
